1. The operating hours for all payment counters for all branches at The Public Works Department during the month of Ramadhan 1447H/2026M are as follows:-

2. All counters are closed on Friday, Sunday and on public holidays. Payments for other services offered by the department can also be made online though the BIBD mobile app. Please refer to the bill payment guide provided. Water (and gas) bill payments can also be made online for Baiduri Bank and Standard Chartered Bank users.
